What to Expect

Each session is a safe, supportive space led by facilitator Karina Gasperin, with different guest speakers each month bringing knowledge, perspective, and inspiration.

Together, we explore topics such as:

  • Emotional well-being and mental health

  • Physical health and self-care

  • Communication with family and loved ones

  • Navigating life’s challenges and transitions

  • Supporting and uplifting women-led businesses

  • Building meaningful relationships and community connections

Sessions are primarily conducted in Spanish, creating a culturally comfortable and inclusive space for participants.
